  • Rename "Home" tab to "Game" on native and web
  • Add Instructions tab (second position) with ~200-word how-to-play summary
  • Make game screen background and text follow dark/light mode via useTheme
  • Instructions screen is theme-aware via ThemedView/ThemedText
